Hastings Optical Ltd. is a New Zealand business trading as Shattky Optometrists and Shattky Optometrists Waipukurau.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are G.S.T. inclusive.
The Shattky online store processes all credit card transactions using the Westpac Internet Payment Solution plus secure online credit card payment solution.
The name "Hastings Optical Ltd." will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
Your credit card details are not stored for future use and are processed in a secure environment.
All goods and services remain the property of Hastings Optical Ltd. until accounts are settled in full.
Most orders are ready for dispatch within 24 hours of placing your order.
There sometimes can be delays for designer eyewear due to distributor delays. In this case we will notify you immediately of the estimated delivery time and other options available to you.
Collection from our practices
Let us know in your email and you can collect your purchase from our rooms when it is ready, and so save the courier charge.
Dispatch by Courier
We charge $14.95 (Incl. GST) for deliveries of less than 5Kg in weight to anywhere in NZ.
We do not make international deliveries.
We ensure safe Packaging, reliable Delivery with Trace, and Insurance on all goods sent to you.
If for any reason a product is found to be faulty, defective or not fit for purpose a claim must be lodged within seven (7) days of receipt of goods or service.
Should a claim be made concerning the quality of our products or services then we request for any claim to be considered valid this should be accompanied by supporting photos of the areas of concern. These can be emailed to shattkyhastings@visique.co.nz
Hastings Optical Ltd. reserves the right to resend/resupply goods or offer an in-store/online credit voucher. Hastings Optical Ltd. does not offer credit card or cash refunds.
Unwanted gifts may be returned (as long as in saleable new condition with the original packaging included), with the original receipt, and exchanged for an item of the same or greater value (with the person returning the item settling the difference).
We value your security and privacy. Your order is protected by using our secure server. While we may (with your permission) securely store your customer details, your credit card details are not stored once orders have been processed.
